As part of *Posture per Coabitare*, Villa del Grumello becomes a meeting place where the body is invited to rediscover its relationship with the environment, with others and with itself. The workshop *Sentieri di Coabitazione* – a body exploration workshop led by Zhang Ben – is inspired by a conception of the body as a space of dynamic equilibrium, capable of welcoming, transforming and generating relationships. The bamboo stalk, a natural and symbolic element, becomes a tool for connection: a bridge that brings to light the forces of encounter, trust, reciprocity and listening. The practice unfolds as an experience of co-habitation: every gesture arises from the balance between individual presence and relationship, transforming movement into a dialogue capable of generating creativity and awareness.
