Francesca Cinalli is a dancer and choreographer who graduated from the I.A.T.Gong in Genoa following her initial training in classical ballet at the Teatro Nuovo in Turin. Her choreographic work, enriched by encounters with masters from both the East and West and by her studies in sensitive dance and Butoh, is rooted in a cross-cultural exploration that combines dance-theatre with contemporary experimentation. In her work, she explores the fusion of the body with visual and auditory stimuli, creating pieces that have been presented internationally, such as Canzoni del secondo piano in Avignon, Sinfonia H2O in Shanghai, and the multi-award-winning  In Superficie and Verso une Flèche.

Paolo De Santis is a musician, composer and performer who has been creating soundtracks and live soundscapes for theatre and contemporary dance for over twenty years. Since 2003, he has been associated with the major productions of the company Tecnologia Filosofica, ranging from theatre works with a strong social impact to prestigious international collaborations. Among his most significant works are the music for the production Eco del Mondo and the soundscape for the multi-award-winning virtual reality film Hydrocosmos, which has been screened at avant-garde festivals from Vancouver to Los Angeles. Alongside his work in composition for the stage, De Santis is actively involved as a trainer and theatre practitioner alongside Francesca Cinalli, organising educational projects and research workshops exploring the relationship between sound and movement, which have taken him not only to Italy but also to Indonesia, China and South Korea.
